Inside Multiple Minds
My goal in sharing my stories and life experiences is to highlight mental health issues. I want to offer hope and support for people who suffer from mental illness. I would like to help family members, loved ones and survivors by offering insights about what those that live with a diagnosis experience and need from you. Together we can be stronger, healthier, and happier.
The content and discussion in this blog will discuss sensitive topics related to mental health, substance use, and trauma. The content will be adult in nature and much of it will be emotionally and intellectually challenging to engage with. Reader discretion is advised.
