NAMI Hancock County

Suicide Vigil

Mental Health Fair

September is National Suicide Awareness month.

In honor of National Suicide Awareness month NAMI Hancock County will host a Suicide Vigil on September 15th, 2019, from 3-5 PM. The goal of this event is to raise awareness and promote education on suicide warning signs and prevention techniques. Plans for the event include the dedication of a butterfly garden, a butterfly release, live music, CIT officer awards, and several speakers.
